Age limit: The age limit for TNPSC Foreman (Marine) vacancy 2012 should be between18 to 35 years as on 01.07.2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Foreman (Marine) Must be possess degree in Mechanical Engineering Or Diploma in Diesel Traction or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Branch .

Academic Qualification:  Applicants should have completed Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized Institution or University

                                                                                        OR

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Post Diploma in Diesel Traction issued by the Tamil Nadu State Board of Technical Education and Training.

Experience: Experience is not required if the candidates have Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Post Diploma in Diesel Traction. But for candidates who have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, they need to have 2 years of experience in any workshop or in handling Diesel Engines is required.
